A special passion -- besides teaching -- is
walking -- sunset beach strolls, neighborhood ambles, nature hikes,
fitness walking, marathon race-walking, long-distance walking (up to
100K in a day), and conducting walking tours locally and around the
world as a founder of Walkabout
International, the largest walking
organization in the world.
