Department Description
The department of Behavioral Sciences consist of
six disciplines, Anthropology,
Alcohol and Other Drug
Studies, Human Services,
Psychology,
Social Work, and
Sociology. These
programs are designed to prepare the student with basic concepts which
provide the foundation for study in baccalaureate institution and also
satisfy general education requirements.
Academic Program
The Associate Degree in Behavioral Sciences requires completion of
courses for the specific discipline, and the general education
requirements. The requirements are listed in the
catalog.
The associate degree requires a
minimum of 60 credits.
